The vision of Starling's world is that one million people raise their self esteem and self belief from listening to and dancing with this music. 

The lyrics are written to empower. The team is made of female, lgbt, heroines and creative visionaries who are leaders in their field. They have chosen victory instead of victimhood, to be the hero not the hurt, to turn their pain into power.
